Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking team members for in-store stock processing and everyday merchandising support in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll help move stock efficiently, assist with merchandising standards, and ensure stock is correctly placed to maximise sales.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication and teamwork, and be flexible to work a variety of day and night shifts to support store needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing in and outbound stock deliveries
• Assisting the store with merchandising and recovery standards
• Getting the stock in the right place at the right time to ensure strong sales
• Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Contributing to sales by helping your store meet its stock processing timelines
