Job summary

Reddy Express Tweed Heads – Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering excellent customer service and leading the team.

You will oversee rostering, stock management, reporting, training and development, and the implementation of health and safety policies to ensure smooth, compliant operations in a busy retail environment. You will also drive continuous improvement and contribute to store performance reviews.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
