OTR Group’s Reddy Express division is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service, keep the store welcoming, and assist guests with product promotions. The role requires stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including weekends.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working solo or in a team, and eager to learn about our wide range of products and promotions. Australian working rights are required for employment.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.
