Job summary

Reddy Express, a division of OTR Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bathurst. You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, work in a fast-paced store and help maintain cleanliness, stock levels and attractive product displays.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working solo or in a team, can multitask, and are available for flexible hours including late nights and weekends. Australian working rights and police clearance may be required.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
