Reddy Express, a division of OTR Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help guests and keep the store welcoming. You will be on your feet most of the shift and assist with stocking and maintaining a clean, organized store.

You should be comfortable working alone as well as within a team, with availability for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends. Training on our product range will be provided.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials

Pre-Employment Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights, as well as provide a current police clearance certificate.
