Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Recycling Team Leader in Villawood, NSW. This temp-to-perm role requires hands-on leadership to guide a team while participating in daily recycling tasks.

Ideal candidates have prior recycling or manufacturing experience, strong initiative, reliability, and excellent teamwork. Forklift licence is a bonus. The position runs Monday to Friday with a 7:00am–3:00pm schedule at a busy recycling site.

• Previous experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or similar essential.
• Previous team leadership experience highly regarded.
• Confident taking initiative and responsibility.
• Reliable and punctual; good communication and teamwork.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recycling Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Villawood.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable and able to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can confidently guide and support a team while also being involved in the day-to-day work.
