• Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (labourers, operators, trades).
• Screen candidates, verify tickets/licences, and complete reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of work-ready candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, site requirements & mobilisation.
• Maintain client relationships across mining, civil, and construction.
• Identify new opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and regular client check-ins.
• Support a strong safety culture across all operations.
• Coordinate candidate start-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Mount Isa team. This is a hands on role where you’ll manage end to end recruitment while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates across mining, civil, and industrial sectors. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, working with people, and being out on site as well as in the office this one’s for you.
