Active Tree Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for field-based, trade, technical and operational roles across Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, craft compelling job ads and source candidates through multiple channels, from briefing to offers.

• Minimum of three years’ end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in trade, construction, utilities, infrastructure or similar operational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
• Confidence partnering with operational managers and providing practical recruitment advice.
• Strong attention to detail across recruitment records and pre-employment compliance.

Based in Waterloo NSW or Bayswater VIC, this is an opportunity to take your recruitment experience into a niche industry supporting essential operational services across Australia. You’ll be part of the wider People Team, working closely with operational leaders and supported by our Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

About the role

Lead end-to-end recruitment for the field-based, trade, technical and operational roles that keep our business moving. From job briefing through to offer, you’ll connect great people with unique opportunities across Australia and help shape how we attract talent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with operational leaders nationally to understand current and future workforce needs, role requirements and recruitment timeframes
