Job summary

Active Tree Services is seeking a Labourer for our Waterloo-based crew on a long-term City of Sydney contract. You will work outdoors to maintain urban trees, install guards, and support concrete/asphalt work while moving fleet vehicles across public spaces. Training is provided and safety comes first.

Enjoy early starts, a stable full-time role, and a competitive hourly rate with superannuation. Onsite parking in central Waterloo and modern machinery help you work safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• MR/HR Truck Licence is essential.
• White card required.
• Willingness to be trained and obtain industry certifications.
• Good communication and ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Join our Waterloo-based crew in a permanent Labourer role supporting Active’s long-term City of Sydney contract. You’ll work outdoors against the backdrop of Sydney’s harbour, sandstone streets, waterfront parks and established neighbourhoods, helping care for the living urban forest that cools streets, creates shade and makes this iconic city a better place to live, work and visit.

Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll maintain tree bases, install tree guards, assist with concrete and asphalt works, and move fleet vehicles across busy public spaces. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety, with all training provided.

What we need from you:

• MR/HR Truck Licence (essential)
