Job summary

Placements International in Brisbane CBD is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You will drive recruitment, mobilisation and contractor support for our mining, oil and gas projects across Australia and international locations while delivering exceptional service to major clients.

The ideal candidate has recruiter experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field, and strong communication with senior managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor or higher degree in HR, psychology, communications or other relevant discipline would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with all work levels including Senior Managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise deadlines.

• Deliver recruitment, mobilisation and contractor support for Placements International's personnel supply to major international clients.
• Coordinate international recruitment projects and campaigns.
• Assist with recruitment outsourcing projects and aptitude/psychometric testing initiatives.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, career-minded and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join Placements International in our Brisbane CBD Office.

The key responsibility of the position will be delivering recruitment, mobilisation, coordination and contractor support for Placements International's supply of personnel to existing and newly acquired major international companies and projects throughout countries including Papua New Guinea, Australia, Indonesia and Mozambique.

Duties would also include assisting with international recruitment projects such as talent pooling, sourcing/advertising campaigns, recruitment outsourcing projects and candidate aptitude/psychometric testing projects.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• Experience as a Recruiter in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, psychology, communications/marketing or other relevant discipline would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to learn, develop and adapt skills to meet Company and Client requirements.
• Ability to successfully liaise with all work levels including Senior Managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise demands while always meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of candidate and business relationships.
