PGC Resources Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our Queensland team. You will lead sourcing and engagement for skilled workers across crane, rigging, mining, construction, and shutdown projects, ensuring timely placements and strong client relationships.

You’ll work closely with our team to manage allocations, onboarding, compliance and mobilisation, with a rotating after-hours on-call roster and an additional allowance. No sales involved—focus on recruitment excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in labour hire, mining, construction, shutdowns or industrial services.
• Proactive sourcing and building strong talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong screening to assess candidate suitability and fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and recruitment across crane, rigging, mining, construction and shutdown sectors.
• Utilise social media, databases and networking to unearth talent.
• Build and maintain talent pools for upcoming projects and major shutdowns.
• Engage candidates by phone, assess skills and match to roles.
• Own recruitment pipeline from initial engagement to placement.
• Support allocations, onboarding, compliance and mobilisation as needed.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call roster with applicable allowance.
• Keep recruitment database accurate with current qualifications and availability.
