Job summary

Australian Energy Regulator is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to manage the back-office recruitment and onboarding functions. You will work with APS colleagues to deliver recruitment plans and administer the ATS, ensuring timely communications with applicants and hiring managers.

You will support role documentation, advert creation, online onboarding, and offer management while contributing to improvements in recruitment processes and guidance for staff.

Qualifications

• Understanding of recruitment processes and APS employment framework.
• Experience providing client-focused recruitment support.
• Ability to use an Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support managers to document role requirements and advertise opportunities.
• Administer online recruitment system and process applications.
• Draft offers and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with APS and other agencies to manage merit lists.
• Maintain recruitment records and respond to queries with some complexity.
