Job summary

Australian Energy Regulator is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to manage back-office recruitment and onboarding functions within the APS framework. You will advertise roles, process applications, and coordinate onboarding with APS colleagues, while supporting managers on role requirements and recruitment plans.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans, use the APS employment framework, and contribute to improvements in recruitment services and documentation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of APS recruitment processes and the APS employment framework.
• Experience providing exceptional client service.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to gain HR accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Support managers to document role requirements.
• Advertise employment opportunities.
• Administer the online recruitment system.
• Facilitate merit lists with APS agencies.
• Prepare online application forms.
• Assist with onboarding and employment offers.
• Draft standard operating procedures and templates.
