Job summary

Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Recruitment Advisor in Rockhampton to manage vacancies from request through to advertising and appointment, ensuring everything stays on track. You will prepare advertisements, offers and recruitment documentation with accuracy and compliance.

You’ll support managers and candidates with proactive, friendly service, handle enquiries, and seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in attraction, recruitment and selection or quick to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with systems and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Organised, reliable, proactive and enjoys teamwork and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from request to advertising and appointment, keeping on track.
• Prepare advertisements, correspondence and recruitment documents accurately and compliantly.

• Keep recruitment moving. Manage vacancies from request to advertising, candidate communication and appointment, making sure everything is on track.
• Get the details right. Prepare advertisements, correspondence, offers and recruitment documentation while keeping things accurate and compliant.
• Be the go-to support. Answer enquiries, provide helpful recruitment advice and support managers and candidates with a friendly, professional approach.
• Find it, fix it, improve it. Gather information, enter data, prepare reports and spot opportunities to make recruitment processes even better.

About you:

• Understand attraction, recruitment and selection — or you're quick to learn and ready to jump in.
• Communicate clearly, provide great customer service and enjoy helping others.
• Confident with systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly pick up new tools.
• Organised, reliable and proactive, work well in a team and enjoy smashing KPIs and getting great results.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,633 p.m. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $41.17 - $45.79 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
