Appreciating Talent is partnering with a well-known Australian brand experiencing rapid growth. We seek a Recruitment Manager to own the recruitment function during a pivotal scaling phase across Australia.

Initially a 2–3 month contract with potential to extend or transition to permanent, the role offers hybrid work from Sydney Olympic Park (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and an attractive hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Able to start as a contractor with potential to extend or go permanent.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Prioritise a high-volume recruitment pipeline as the business grows.
• Develop and improve recruitment processes and systems.
• Advise on market conditions, candidate availability and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Review recruitment processes for efficiency and best practices.
• Support workforce planning as the organisation scales.

Appreciating Talent has partnered with a well-known Australian brand that is currently undergoing rapid growth across Australia. With strong financial backing, the business is set to significantly increase in size over the next two years, with employee headcount expected to grow beyond 2,000.

As a result of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the business initially on a 2–3 month contract, with the possibility of an extension and potentially a permanent appointment as the organisation continues to scale.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to step into a role with genuine ownership and make an immediate impact across the recruitment function.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Managing and prioritising a high-volume recruitment pipeline as the business continues to grow.
• Developing and improving recruitment processes, systems and ways of working.
• Providing advice to hiring managers around market conditions, candidate availability and recruitment strategies.
• Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Reviewing current recruitment processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and best practice.
• Supporting workforce planning and recruitment initiatives as the organisation continues to expand.

About You

• Able to commence as a contractor with the potential to extend and/or transition into a permanent Recruitment Manager position as the business continues to grow.
• Experience managing recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Hospitality, retail, FMCG, services or other multi-site experience will be highly regarded.
