Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to provide hands-on, short-term support to a busy in-house talent team in Moorabbin. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment activity, with an immediate start and a contract through October.

Working onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen applications, coordinate interviews and keep stakeholders informed, delivering a positive candidate experience during this busy period.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in aged care, home care or disability services is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Available to commence immediately and commit through to end of October.

About the Role

Working onsite in Moorabbin on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will support end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume workforce environment.
This contract will run through to the end of October and requires someone who is available to commence immediately.
