Acting as the central link between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team, this role ensures a smooth, timely, and professional recruitment experience while maintaining accurate data, strong communication, and efficient process flow. The position also supports talent pipeline development, onboarding preparation, and continuous improvement across recruitment systems and workflows.
