You will work closely with Business Development Managers to fill opportunities, build and manage candidate relationships, and perform pre-employment checks. The role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administration or customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Experience conducting pre-employment checks and references.
• Positive, proactive attitude and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Development Managers to fill industrial opportunities.
• Connect with your candidate network - build and manage relationships.
• Complete pre-employment checks (references, interviews, qualifications).
• Offer excellent service to our field employees while on placement.
• Work on projects that drive real outcomes for communities.
