• Has recruitment experience, ideally within Blue Collar Trades & Labour / Labour Hire
• Understands the pace and demands of managing a busy labour-hire desk
• Has the commercial awareness to identify opportunities and grow client relationships
• Is organised and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail
• Has the quick wit and problem-solving ability to deal with the unexpected challenges that come with labour hire
• Is confident managing both clients and candidates
• Enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their desk
• Is commercially driven and motivated by strong earning potential
• Wants to work somewhere where relationships, performance and personality are genuinely valued

Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Trades & Labour

With continued growth across our Brisbane business, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Trades & Labour team and help us manage the increasing volume of work.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a healthy desk with a strong client base, where you’ll have the autonomy to build relationships, grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.

You’ll be dealing with a broad range of clients and candidates, so being able to think on your feet, build rapport quickly and find solutions when things don’t go to plan will be key. Our client base is broad and well established, with many clients experiencing strong organic growth and a healthy 2027 pipeline. There is plenty of opportunity to grow existing relationships, develop new business and make the desk your own.
