Pace Appointments QLD is growing its manufacturing recruitment desk from our Hamilton office. We’re seeking a target-driven candidate with a strong customer service flair to learn and grow into a trusted consultant role.

The Role

Based at our Hamilton office, this position is for someone who wants a long-term career in recruitment. You’ll step into a warm desk across an established manufacturing portfolio with active roles, trusted client relationships and an extensive candidate network already in place. You don’t need a recruitment background just bring the drive, the people skills and the will to succeed, and we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing relationships with existing manufacturing clients
• Understanding client hiring needs and taking job briefs
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Juggling multiple roles and priorities at once

About You

• You’re confident on the phone, have great customer service skills and bring a go-getter attitude to everything you do (Experience in a customer service background is ideal)
• Previous recruitment / resourcer experience is a bonus, not a must. We’re happy to train the right person
• A results-driven, proactive approach and a commercial mindset
• Able to build relationships, solve problems and manage multiple priorities
• Keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
