Qualifications

• Junior recruitment role, with full training provided.
• Able to write and post adverts, source candidates.
• No prior recruitment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Write and post job adverts on Seek and other boards.
• Search for candidates on multiple platforms, including social media and our database.
• Use the CRM to keep candidate records, notes and details up to date.
• Screen applications and phone candidates to check they fit the role.
• Build shortlists of suitable candidates for the recruitment team.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Keep candidates informed through each stage of the process.
• Build a pool of reliable candidates for upcoming roles.
• Learn the full recruitment cycle on our permanent unskilled labour desk.
