Responsibilities

• Write and post job adverts on Seek and other boards.
• Search for candidates on multiple platforms, including social media and our database.
• Use the CRM to keep candidate records, notes and details up to date.
• Screen applications and phone candidates to check they fit the role.
• Build shortlists of suitable candidates for the recruitment team.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Keep candidates informed through each stage of the process.
• Build a pool of reliable candidates for upcoming roles.
• Learn the full recruitment cycle on our permanent unskilled labour desk.

The Role

You will given the opportunity to launch your recruitment career, learning about candidate sourcing, getting our roles in front of them and keeping candidates well looked after from the first call onward. We'll train you in every part of resourcing, then move you into recruiting on our permanent unskilled labour desk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing and posting job adverts on Seek and other job boards
