Job summary

Iron Cove Global Pty is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Mining & Resources practice. You will manage end-to-end search assignments, sourcing and assessing candidates for technical and leadership roles across the mining, resources and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years' experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Exposure to mining, resources or energy sectors is desirable but not essential – genuine interest in the industry and a willingness to learn is key.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage and assess candidates and manage a search process end to end.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with an appetite to develop business development capability.
• Organised, resilient and comfortable working to deadlines across multiple assignments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
