Job summary

Iron Cove Global Pty is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead executive search mandates within the mining, resources and energy sectors.

You will build and manage relationships with senior executives, provide strategic talent advisory services, and drive business development to expand the firm's client base, with flexible hybrid/remote work options and clear path toward senior or partnership roles.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact technical and executive search mandates, build strategic client relationships and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search assignments from inception to completion, including client engagement, search strategy development, candidate sourcing, assessment and placement;
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within the mining, resources and energy industries;
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings;
• Provide strategic talent advisory services to clients, including market insights, talent mapping and succession planning;

Required Experience
