Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors. You'll spend your day interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping the process moving.

Whether you've worked in recruitment before or come from a busy customer service, administration, retail or hospitality background, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates over the phone and in person.
• Manage individual and shared inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, including VEVO/compliance checks.
• Post job advertisements and manage applications in the system.
• Screen resumes and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Update candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Visit client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required.

• Visiting client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has great communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure
• Is organised and has good attention to detail
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Available to work Monday - Friday
• Can travel to Seven hills office
• Wants to build a long-term career in recruitment
• Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
