Hoban Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in warehousing, logistics and manufacturing. The role is fast-paced, involving candidate interviews, coordinating activities and moving the recruitment process forward.

Ideal candidates may come from recruitment, busy sales, real estate or hospitality backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel to Seven Hills office and commit to a long-term career in recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Interviewing candidates over the phone and in person.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate onboarding.
• Post job advertisements and manage applications.
• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles.
• Visit client sites across Western and South West Sydney as needed.

About the Role

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Interviewing candidates over the phone and face-to-face
• Completing manual handling assessments
• Managing individual and shared inboxes
• Answering candidate and client enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
• Posting job advertisements and managing applications
• Screening resumes and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Updating candidate records in our recruitment system
• Visiting client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has great communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks at once and work well under pressure
• Is organised and has good attention to detail
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Available to work Monday - Friday
• Can travel to Seven hills office
• Wants to build a long-term career in recruitment
• Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
