Job summary

360 Recruiter in Sydney CBD is seeking a driven 360 recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle from day one, focusing on the education and edtech space.

You will work a warm desk with existing clients, build new relationships, manage briefs, sourcing, interviews and offers, and run your own desk with autonomy in a small team. Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home; base salary $90k plus commission.

• 1-4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Background in education or edtech is a big plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team environment.

We're working with a small, tight-knit recruitment firm based in Sydney CBD, that specialises in the education space. They're now looking to bring on a driven 360 recruiter to help grow the desk.

The Role

• This is a true 360 position - you'll own the full recruitment cycle from day one.
• Work with warm clients already sitting in the database
• Build new relationships across the education and edtech space

What They're Looking For

• Titles could include BDM, Account Executive, SDR, or similar
• Natural hunter - comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunitiesible to work autonomously in a small team environment
