ANZUK Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360 desk in the South Australian schools market, Adelaide. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build a strong educator talent network and establish long-term partnerships with schools across South Australia.

You’ll engage with school leaders, grow existing accounts and develop new business through proactive outreach, using ANZUK’s national and international networks to place top education talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end agency recruitment.
• Ability to develop new business and identify opportunities.
• Strong network-building and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to source and engage quality educator talent.
• Comfort with target-driven environment and competitive KPIs.

At ANZUK, we believe great people belong in roles that matter. We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Schools team in Adelaide and build on our presence across South Australia.

This is an end-to-end agency recruitment role for someone who knows how to develop business, build a high-quality candidate network and turn strong relationships into long-term partnerships.

You’ll step into an established education brand with existing relationships and the backing of ANZUK’s national and international networks. From there, you’ll have the autonomy to grow your portfolio, develop new business and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner to schools across South Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in 360 agency recruitment
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across both client and candidate activity
• Confidence in business development and generating new client opportunities
• A track record of building and growing client relationships
• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement capability
• A commercial, proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
• The resilience and drive to succeed in a target-focused agency environment

Highly regarded

• Experience recruiting within education or another relationship-led specialist market
• An existing network within Adelaide or South Australia
• Experience developing a new desk, territory or client portfolio

Education recruitment experience isn’t essential. Strong 360 agency recruitment experience is.
