Job summary

360 Recruiter in Sydney CBD is seeking a driven 360 recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle from day one, focusing on the education and edtech space.

You will work a warm desk with existing clients, build new relationships, manage briefs, sourcing, interviews and offers, and run your own desk with autonomy in a small team. Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home; base salary $90k plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Background in education or edtech is a big plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from briefing to offers.
• Work with warm clients already in the database.
• Build new relationships across education and edtech spaces.
• Manage briefs, sourcing, interviews and offers as part of the full cycle.
• Run your own desk across clients and candidates.
• Focus on long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins.
