Job summary

Crest Personnel on St Georges Terrace in Perth is seeking a new recruiter to join our team in a 360 role. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions for clients we have or you bring.

Develop relationships with new and established clients, implement effective recruiting strategies, advertise openings, and manage the entire recruitment process from posting to offer negotiations, with CRM records in JobAdder.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
