Job summary

CT Group in Springwood, Queensland, seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our recruiting team and client base. This long-term role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and day-to-day recruitment administration in a friendly office environment.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Salary will be based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience ideally casual labour hire experience.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Be self-driven and motivated to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handling high volume incoming / outgoing emails and calls.
• Onboarding and shortlisting potential candidates.
• Keeping an up-to-date and active candidate standby list.
• Administration tasks including advertisements, database management, filing & collating employee documents and general recruitment based administration tasks.

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Springwood office.

Salary will be based on experience and skill level.

This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, ideally within Blue & White Collar labour hire, permanent placements within construction, civil, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, or other industrial sectors.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with and support our existing recruitment team and client base. This is not a sales-focused role and does not involve individual sales KPIs. The focus will be on candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, administration, and supporting day-to-day recruitment requirements.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience ideally casual labour hire experience
• Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees
• Be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise & multi task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously when needed
• Sound computer skills and the ability to learn recruitment systems, including FastTrack360 & other recruitment software
• A respectful and professional approach when dealing with candidates, clients, and colleagues
