GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter in Australia to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across the country. The role partners with internal stakeholders and the mobilisation team to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality hires.

You will run sourcing strategies, conduct thorough interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to tailor approaches. The company offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter in the Construction industry.
• Experience recruiting Blue Collar personnel (Fitters, Electricians, Riggers, etc.).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team based in our Ascot Head Office, reporting to the Manager of HR .

Key Responsibilities

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Include

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across Australia
• Delivering a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and candidates
• Partnering with the mobilisation team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placement
• Conducting thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing business needs

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, ideally within the Construction industry
• Experience in the recruitment of Blue Collar personnel (Fitters , Electricians , BMWs , Riggers etc)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and solid computer skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach
