Protech is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Mining & Maintenance team with opportunities in Mackay or Eight-Mile Plains. You will source, screen, and place top talent while managing high-volume recruitment activities and delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the process.

You will build strong client relationships, create compelling job ads, and maintain accurate records as part of a busy, supportive team in a mining-focused environment.

Join Protech's Mining & Maintenance team as a Recruitment Consultant, with opportunities available in either our Mackay or Eight-Mile Plains office. The role involves sourcing and placing top talent, managing high-volume recruitment activities, and delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging job advertisements across a range of recruitment platforms

Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and networking strategies

Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Coordinate interview processes and maintain strong communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements

Ensure candidate records, compliance documentation, and database information are accurate and up to date

Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes
