Job summary

Protech in Seven Hills is seeking a recruitment professional to manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and compliance checks while building strong client relationships and talent networks.

You will reverse market candidates to clients, develop pipelines to meet hiring needs, and provide ongoing candidate support to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume blue-collar environment within civil or building/construction is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to attend and work from our Seven Hills Office.
