Job summary

Protech Group is hiring entry-level mining operator roles across Bowen Basin sites. You will participate in structured on‑the‑job training, complete competency assessments, and gain hands‑on experience operating a range of mining equipment in a production environment while adhering to site safety standards.

You will work with experienced operators, trainers and supervisors, contribute to production targets, and develop the skills to become a qualified operator.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Need

• Previous civil operating, construction, agricultural, farming, or similar experience desirable
• Strong and stable work history
• Commitment to building a long-term career in mining
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
