Job summary

DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

Available for immediate start, based in Perth or Queensland. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate inductions, and partner with internal stakeholders and agencies, with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills; multitask under pressure.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded).
• Working knowledge of employment legislation.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands
• Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
• Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding
• Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C Manager
• Provide reporting and general HR support as required

The Opportunity

Available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.
