Job summary

DDH1 Drilling, part of Perenti Global Limited, is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the People & Culture team in Perth or Queensland. This role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering an immediate start for the right candidate with a base in either Perth or Queensland, in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment.
• High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
• Working knowledge of employment legislation
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands
• Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
• Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding
• Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C Manager
• Provide reporting and general HR support as required
