Advanced Medical Management & Consulting is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to support our urgent care and primary care teams. From sourcing healthcare providers and clinic staff to coordinating a smooth onboarding experience, your work will support the people behind exceptional patient care.

This hybrid role combines remote recruiting with in-person onboarding. Onsite attendance is required for new-hire onboarding, orientation, job fairs, and other recruiting events.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Paycor, AssureHire, and Google Workspace preferred.

• Source healthcare Providers and support staff through LinkedIn, Indeed, healthcare job boards, networking, and recruiting events.
• Build relationships and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and team fit.
• Partner with clinic managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and move hiring forward.
• Prepare approved offer letters and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Own the onboarding process from accepted offer through first-day orientation.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, background checks, drug screenings, and required licensing and credentialing steps.
• Maintain accurate employee information in Paycor and Employee Navigator.
• Welcome new hires onsite, introduce company policies and expectations, distribute uniforms and equipment, and connect them with their teams.
• Follow through on details so new employees arrive prepared and feel supported.
• Track candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and onboarding status.
• Identify obstacles, suggest solutions, and improve recruiting and onboarding workflows.
• Bring fresh ideas for reaching qualified candidates and creating a positive employee experience.

A Hybrid Role with Connection and Flexibility

This position combines remote recruiting work with meaningful in-person engagement. Onsite attendance is required for new-hire onboarding and orientation, meetings, job fairs, and other recruiting events. Other recruiting and administrative tasks can be completed remotely.

Success in this role requires someone who manages their time independently, stays responsive, and adapts their schedule to hiring priorities and onsite commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with Paycor, AssureHire, and Google Workspace preferred.
