We are currently seeking MC Quad Operators to join our long-term Pilbara projects!

MGM Bulk is seeking experienced MC Quad Road Train Operators for opportunities across two major Pilbara operations: our established Port Hedland operation and the recently launched McPhee Creek project. With options for FIFO and residential arrangements, modern equipment and long-term work, these roles offer flexibility for experienced operators looking for their next opportunity in the Pilbara.

PORT HEDLAND OPERATION

• Roster options: FIFO 4:2 for interstate applicants, FIFO 2:1 for WA residents, FIFO 8:4 for New Zealand residents, plus residential opportunities
• Accommodation: Purpose-built 220-room lodge with large modern rooms, queen-size beds, noise and light-reducing insulation, 24/7 meals, recreation areas and wellness facilities
• Residential benefits: Residential allowance of approximately $26k–$41k on top of wages
• Operation: Secure, established Pilbara work with modern equipment and comprehensive workshop support

MCPHEE CREEK OPERATION

Be part of MGM Bulk's recently launched Run of Mine haulage operation at McPhee Creek in the Pilbara.

• Roster options: FIFO 2:1 for WA residents and FIFO 4:2 for interstate applicants
• Fleet: Brand-new Kenworth C509 Tri-Drive Ultra-Quads
• Facilities: Camp accommodation, meals, gym facilities and on-site workshop support

WHAT YOU NEED

• Current MC Driver's Licence
• Proven experience operating multi-combination vehicles.
• Strong safety focus and a reliable, respectful and professional attitude
• Ability to complete a commercial driver medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to provide a National Police Clearance, traffic infringement or licence history report, employment references and required licence checks
