Job summary

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a part‑time Well Connected support worker in Deniliquin, NSW. You will directly assist participants, families and carers, developing recovery plans and delivering specialist interventions within a collaborative team.

You will work with clinicians to provide holistic, culturally safe care, with flexible hours and opportunities to engage with diverse communities. Required certificates and an Australian Driver’s Licence support field mobility.

Qualifications

• Understanding of recovery‑oriented mental health practice.
• 2+ years in similar support roles preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and CALD communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to participants, families and carers in Wellways programs.
• Collaborate with participants to develop personalized recovery plans aligned with goals.
• Deliver specialist interventions and facilitate individual and group activities.
• Link participants to community resources and supports.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to service improvement.
