Gateway Health in Wodonga is seeking a part-time Emergency Recovery Support Program Coordinator to lead a small team and deliver trauma-informed support to disaster-affected communities across North East Victoria and NSW border areas.

This permanent role (30.4 hours per fortnight) involves case management, brief mental health interventions, partnerships with government and community services, and travel with occasional overnight stays; salary is Level 5 under the SESMEA with salary packaging

Formación

• Qualifications in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, mental health practitioner, Community Welfare Work or relevant equivalent studies, and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of case management and a range of service options for recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Emergency Recovery Support Program with a small team.
• Provide brief mental health interventions, case management and care coordination.
• Build partnerships with government and community services to support recovery.
• Travel regularly across North East Victoria with occasional overnight stays.
• Advocate for improved access to services.
