Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a settlement professional to process and coordinate financial transactions within a fast-paced environment. You will review details, ensure accurate settlement records, and monitor activity, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Experience with SWIFT payments and strong Excel skills are preferred. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a short-term contract of 3–4 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience processing or coordinating financial transactions with strong accuracy.
• Ability to review transaction details and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Confidence maintaining clear and accurate records across multiple settlement items.
• Capability to investigate transaction queries and communicate practical updates.
• SWIFT payment experience preferred and strong Excel skills.
