Job summary

Experience with SWIFT payments and strong Excel skills are preferred. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a short-term contract of 3–4 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience processing or coordinating financial transactions with strong accuracy.
• Ability to review transaction details and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Confidence maintaining clear and accurate records across multiple settlement items.
• Capability to investigate transaction queries and communicate practical updates.
• SWIFT payment experience preferred and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process settlement transactions accurately and within required timeframes.
• Review transaction details and supporting information to help ensure complete settlement records.
• Monitor settlement activity and follow up on items that require action.
• Maintain accurate records of completed, pending and outstanding transactions.
• Investigate settlement queries and provide clear updates to relevant stakeholders.
