Job summary

AMA Group is seeking a Reclaimed Inventory Controller to manage and optimise the lifecycle of reclaimed inventory within the supply chain. You will identify parts against OEM numbers, input accurate interchange data, and review demand and pricing at the time of inventory.

You will prepare regular reports and work with operations to resolve faulty items, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with business rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of the mechanical and automotive repair industry.
• Strong mechanical background across a variety of makes and models.
• Experience using Pinnacle and Bid Buddy systems highly regarded.
• Skilled in interpreting manufacturer parts catalogues and determining interchangeability.
• High attention to process compliance and adherence to business rules.
• Well-developed organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent numeracy and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Reclaimed inventory controller is responsible for managing, tracking and optimising the lifecycle of reclaimed inventory within the supply chain. This role will be responsible for ensuring all Reclaimed parts are inventoried in the Pinnacle in the correct interchange, identify part number as part of the inventory process and review the demand and price at the time of inventory.
