Job summary

Aristocrat Cumberland, NSW, AU is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage cycle counts and variances, align physical and system inventory, and drive KPI delivery across AIC and Field Services.

You will perform root-cause analysis, prepare routine inventory reports, and support ERP testing while participating in audits and daily operations. Emphasis on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Dynamics ERP experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts to drive the execution of Inventory KPI across AIC and Field Services.
• Analyse, document, and resolve inventory variances to align physical and system inventory.
• Driving root cause analysis of variances and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for cycle count trends and visibility.
• Support ERP testing to ensure smooth transition of changes to BAU with minimal disruptions.
• Participate in inventory audits with internal and external partners.
• Manage timely inventory transactions and ad hoc inventory management tasks.
• Perform disposition of obsolete and excess inventory.
• Engage in continuous improvement of inventory systems and processes.
• Promote safety culture and comply with site safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management
• Valid forklift license preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is helpful but not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Flexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
