St John of God Health Care in Geelong seeks a Patient Liaison Officer to support patient admissions and health fund enquiries. You will manage patient information, assist with financial consents, and coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm, with casual loading and 12% superannuation. A focus on exceptional service, accuracy, and teamwork will be essential to delivering positive patient experiences.

Join a welcoming and supportive Patient Services team where you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for patients from their first point of contact through to admission. This diverse role supports both inpatient and outpatient services and offers the opportunity to rotate across Bookings, Pre-Admission Clinic (PAC) and Admitting, providing variety, professional development and exposure to all aspects of patient administration.
As a Patient Liaison Officer, you will coordinate patient admissions, maintain accurate patient information, assist with health fund enquiries, provide financial quotations and informed financial consent, and liaise with doctors, specialist nurses, health funds and hospital departments. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities will contribute to efficient patient flow and outstanding patient experiences.
This is a casual opportunity with shifts rostered Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 5:00pm, offering work-life balance with no regular weekend or public holiday commitments.
