St John of God Geelong Hospital is hiring a casual Unit Receptionist to provide high-quality reception and administrative support for patients, visitors and staff. The role is statewide in Geelong with flexible weekday and weekend shifts and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional conduct.
Ideal candidates have at least three years in frontline clerical work and outstanding customer service, communication, and organisational skills, aligned with our Mission and Values.
St John of God Hospital Geelong is a 253 bed hospital and is recognised as the leading provider of private health care in the Barwon and South-Western region. The hospital provides a range of services including an emergency department, day surgery, medical, surgical and maternity services, along with a 24 hour critical care unit and Cath Lab services.
We are seeking enthusiastic Unit Receptionists to join our team on a casual basis, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts available. In this role, you will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a frontline clerical or reception role, along with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills, along with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise work requirements while working productively within a team environment. Above all, customer service will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
