Our Receptionist-Concierge’s are the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres and provide information and instructions to help guide our customers through the medical assessment process - making sure that customers are aware of what they need to do and why!

Key details

• 2 Part-time, opportunities based with our Adelaide team.
• Weekday rotational roster, with weekend availability required
• Centre hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekends.

The purpose of this job is:

To create a welcoming, professional experience for customers attending our Visa Medical Assessment Centre. You’ll guide them through each stage, answer questions and ensure all requirements are completed accurately and respectfully.

Your responsibilities will include:
