Job summary

Entirely Health in Rockhampton is seeking a committed Receptionist to join our friendly front desk team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, handle phone and email enquiries, process payments via HICAPS, and help maintain confidential client records.

Based at our Rockhampton clinic with potential coverage at Yeppoon, you’ll work alongside physios and exercise physiologists to deliver a welcoming, high-standard patient experience and support clinic operations across the Healthia network.

Qualifications

• Experience in allied health reception preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving, close-knit team on a full-time basis. While you will be primarily based at our lovely Rockhampton clinic, you may be required to provide additional coverage at our Yeppoon clinic.

Working alongside our physios and exercise physiologists, you’ll help deliver a high standard of care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

• Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.
• Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

About You

While previous experience in allied health or medical reception is highly regarded, a positive, "can-do" attitude is by far what matters most. We are looking for a self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will bring outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong proficiency across the Microsoft suite, and the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines with sharp attention to detail under pressure. Above all, you are passionate about contributing to a supportive clinic culture and working alongside our team to achieve shared goals and outstanding patient care.
