• Providing a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.


• Efficiently managing patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.


• Assisting customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.


• Ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.


• Providing assistance to podiatrists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations.


• Managing patient records, handling billing and payments and performing general administrative tasks.

For the right candidate, there may be an exciting opportunity for the role to transition to full‑time in the future.

The role is ideally suited to someone with a \"can-do\" attitude, a background in administration and someone who is process-driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!, Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including phone manner).


• Self‑motivated team player with a professional presentation.


• Proficient use of Microsoft suite and comfortable using patient booking systems.


• A passion for excellent customer service.


• Ability to work under pressure and multitask with close attention to detail.
